Returns + Exchanges
At Dryment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
1. Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order, and the return must be shipped out within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@dryment.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
5. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@dryment.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
