They fit my daughter well and seem very warm. And she hasn't had any leaks while wearing them.

I brought Dryment pants for my wife. Do to her dementia she sometimes forgets to use the bathroom and pullups don't contain everything, so after reading about Dryment I ordered and they work great. Helps me since they are washable.

They do the job. Unfortunately, you can't bleach them and the lining is white. I wish the lining was black to hide stains. Otherwise, the pants are very good.

I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was hoping for a good reailt but these days you just don’t know. And well. I am happy to report that these work so well. They’re comfortable, they don’t look like shorts that are for those issues. And best part. They kept the bed dry. We will buy again. A couple pairs.

Size large do seem a bit smaller than expected but they still fit my FIL. They work great! My FIL is totally non-ambulatory. This makes it very difficult to get him changed regularly, although that’s my goal. The pants have been amazing to keep his chair dry in case he has a day where he decides to drink a lot of water. I would highly recommend the Dryment pants to anyone with urinary incontinence.

The pants are of high quality! I put them on my mother during the day and have a separate pair for her to sleep in which saves me from having to change her bed daily. The only negative is even in my brand new dryer they don’t completely dry even after an hour. I highly recommend them regardless of the added drying time!

The shorts are great I think they need a drawstring my child likes to take his pants off

These are wonderful. A real game changer in our household. My husband has Alzheimer's and his incontinence was a huge frustration with continual bedding washings. I have not had to do a daily load of laundry once since getting him into these pants. He also states they keep him warm which was a bonus. I was concerned they would not keep him as warm as his sherpa lined sweats, but they are actually warmer he says.
I only wish they could be put into the dryer as they take a considerable time to air dry. Having extra sets makes this a minor inconvenience, however.

These are great! No longer changing bedding so Sleeping better. My only issue is how long it takes for them to dry. Since they can’t go in dryer I have been hanging them out in sun but as weather changes they will take even longer to dry hanging inside.

Very good leakage protection comfortable for husband wear.Could you make them without to elastic at the ankles because people with swelling can not wear them if to tight ? Pockets would be nice .Could not take them elastic out of black pairs but it slide out of the blue pair easy without cutting the material.I wish the black elastic came out as well as the blue pair

Great pants!! Perfect over a disposable diaper for that extra protection, especially overnight, but fine for regular daytime use too.

The best investment I ever made. It's so nice to be able to go out without worrying about being embarrassed by the leaks. I will be buying more In the future. My only advice is don't use stain remover before washing as it must destroy the Bamboo. That's why I will be buying more.

I ordered 5 pairs of shorts for my brother, whom has dementia, but still does a lot of walking. They are so easy for him to put them on, absorbent and wash well 🥰.
