I've found these pants not only good for sleeping, but when simply going thru the evening and say, setting down in the chair and not having to worry about a bit of leakage when doing so. Which is kind of common even tho the diapers are not at capacity. Very comfortable as well.
I was a little skeptical if they really would work. By golly! To my surprise they really did!! My Dad was dry on the outside, but he was alittle wet inside the pants. He himself said he needed to change! We struggle getting him to change. The size are true to size. The only issue we have is when he’s changing the white lining comes out with his foot, but that’s an easy fix to help him; only he dresses himself and gets irritated on It because at 96 he’s just not that flexible anymore. Love your product and thank you for it! Now my Dad can go to his appointments and not get embarrassed if he has an accident.
When I first got them I was skeptical. I'm not anymore. They are comfortable and kept me and my bedding dry.
XL fit a 40" waist comfortably over briefs. They are warm and a little noisy. Most importantly they work as advertised.
Bought for 94 year old mother and she loves them. They keep her warm and dry when in chair or bed.
These run small in buttock/belly area. Buy one size up. A bit bulky in the leg area. But they work well. I do like them and will buy more. Shipping was fast as well.
My son wears a 36 in jeans, and these seem a little tight, especially for sleeping. I went with L, but maybe I should have gone with XL. Other than that, they really do work.
Using these pants saves washing every day coverlette, blanket, clothes, sending 4 mattress pads to the landfill everyday! I highly recommend
We have been so happy with our dryment pants! Our daughter is a heavy wetter and we were changing pj's, sheets and bed pads daily. These pants have been a game changer and save me so much time and laundry!
I was skeptical about getting these pants but since I was desperate I wanted to have my mom try them. My mom doesn't just have leakage, in fact, she doesn't always feel when she needs to pee. When she doesn't she goes through her four, yes four, pairs of incontinence underwear and her pants.
Needless to say, she leaves a small amount of pee behind where she sat. However, when I put these pants on my mom and going to her PT appointment, we have A LOT of potholes and bumpy roads. Holding my breath, every time she got up I was looking to see if she peed through her pants. Nothing. Nothing was left behind. Not only was mom relieved but I was too. After trying all 3 colors, my mom told me that she likes the grey colored pants more than the other 2 colors but loves the pants.
The true test was on our way back home. I always have a chuck pad under her and when we got home which was several hours later, the pad was dry. I was thrilled. My mom wasn't embarrassed and I didn't have to was 2 or 3 pairs of pants to wash.
For being a full-time caregiver to my mom and working just a side gig, they pants are a bit expensive but they are so worth it. I do plan on buying more when we can afford it. Washing them is fairly easy. I use Oxyclean and the pee comes out. I whole heartedly recommend these pants.
Keeps me from having to wash the waterproof mattress cover everyday!
I can’t recommend Dryment pants enough! Not only have kept my husband dry from leaks overnight, they have also eliminated the need to change linens almost nightly. Beyond that, their customer service is exemplary.
I like Very much. Considering some more. Have told friends about them.
We have only used these once as I bought them for a trip . It was great to have the security of knowing that there would be no embarrassing leaks.
I am a 51-year-old woman living with Cerebral Palsy. Despite using a powerchair, I have always been able to transfer independently and handle my own bathroom breaks. With the exception of public bathrooms that are not as accessible as they should be. I travel a lot!! This summer, my family and I traveled overseas. It was my first long haul flight, and a brief was not going to cut it. that's when I found Dryment. Baby!!!...When I say that these pants are the truth, I mean that. Full transparency, I did wear brief underneath. However, there was no leaks, no odor, and I was not uncomfortable, if you what I mean. Listen, I'll be ordering more pairs to use as my work pants. Currently, my workplace restroom isn't safe, and I don't want to fall. So, I wear a brief on my in-office days, and I am always self-conscious about leaks and odor. Not anymore!!! yay!! you've got colors, keep them coming. I can't say enough!! Keep up the quality and the amazing work. Thank so much and God bless Dryment.
I’ve never understood the appeal of wearing clothing just to make a fashion statement - it should be functional, and as much so as possible. Obviously this has meant that I have worn diapers 24/7 for many years now, and I decided to give this product a try in that same vein. I was not disappointed AT ALL.
First off, the one and ONLY con - these pants do not have pockets. This has resulted in me having to find alternatives while out and about. Not at all a deal breaker, but it is something I’d like to see addressed.
That being said, these pants do indeed function as advertised - providing substantial absorbent capacity especially in a sitting or laying position. Without a diaper, they have sufficient absorbency to catch the occasional large accident without issue or even multiple small ones. WITH one, they offer a vastly superior experience to other external incontinence protection, containing even the most catastrophic diaper leaks time after time. This can be used to extend time spent between changes or as a second layer of protection at night, allowing cheaper diapers to be worn to bed. No more accidentally leaving puddles on chairs OR beds.
This review, however, would be quite incomplete if I did not mention their utility for non-incontinent individuals as well. Besides the fact that even they have the occasional accident, the fit and comfort of this product is by far and away superior to any other pants I have ever worn. I guess terry cloth is good for more than just absorbency! Additionally, they insulate extraordinarily well, are COMPLETELY waterproof, and appear to be built with basically invincible materials. This would seemingly make them ideal snow pants and loungewear for basically anyone, incontinent or not.
In conclusion, what we have here are 21st century pants for 21st century humans. Buy them if you are one. Who knows…you may find that wet nights aren’t so stressful when it stays contained!
P.S. this product can actually tolerate machine drying, but must be dried twice. Once inside out, and once normally. This is because of the waterproof outer layer. I’d probably stay on a cool or warm cycle however.
I have 4 pairs of these pants. I love them!! The fit is super and they wash well. Best of all...they keep my sheets dry! I wear diapers at night and sometimes they do leak. But the wetness stays within the lining of the pants. I can wear a pair for more than 1 night which saves on laundering them. Thank you so much.
I believe I saw an advertisement for the pants on a Facebook ad. I looked at the website and put a pair in the cart but didn't buy initially. There are some ads on Facebook that are unreliable. I saw another ad on FB and this time I purchased not one pair but three pairs. I wasn't sure about the size but settled on XL for my husband who is blind and is in late stage dementia. The pants arrived VERY QUICKLY and I was pleased with the quality. I was MOST impressed when my husband was incontinent (which he isn't always at this point) during the night. Fortunately I had him in diapers also. He soaked through the diapers but the pants did NOT leak! The bed was dry. THEY WORKED! I immediately ordered SEVERAL MORE PAIRS! I have told some friends who have loved ones who are incontinent. The pants need to be washed inside out and hung to dry to maintain the magic in the lining that makes them work. If you think you could use them for yourself or a loved one I can assure you that they work and are very well made. Order three or more pairs (there are deep discounts for 3+ pairs) so you always have a fresh pair while others are in the wash or are drying. I appreciate the product and the excellent customer service so much! Thank you! PS there is a very generous discount offered today for Father's Day with a code on their website. Thank you again!
I am very impressed with Dryment, both the pants and the company. The pants work just as advertised, they are waterproof and absorbent, they make a great nighttime cover for me, especially being a side-sleeper, they prevent leaks, especially when my diaper leaks they keep my bed dry I highly recommend Dryment and will keep on using their pants. Thank You, Dryment!
Before receiving these pants, I was having to change bed sheets every day for my elderly dad. The pants have stopped that problem. They don’t have pads in them so I don’t know how they work, but they work! Just wish they had pockets so he could wear them out during the day and be able to carry his wallet.
They really do absorb well and keep things very discrete, I found them especially useful in a sitting position. I’m autistic with ADHD and sometimes forget or can’t feel when I need to go. A good combination with diapers if you want to wear something thinner and more discrete. It’s a great ballance
Too small. People should order one or two sizes up. Otherwise a great product.
Order accurate and on time. Website said to order up a size, but his usual size is the largest available, and they fit. Big disappointment that they don’t have pockets as he uses them during the day and typically carries a pocket knife. He found them comfortable. Washing requirements a little onerous but not a deal breaker. He’ll probably use them mostly for travel because that’s when leaks around incontinence garments the hardest to handle. If I figure out a way to add pockets, we may use more regularly.
Xxl is too small. Xxxl would be better. They do work well. Glad we found them!
