Xxl is too small. Xxxl would be better. They do work well. Glad we found them!

My 86 yo mom is in a skilled nursing facility. I just bought her three pairs of these and she said they’re very comfortable. Her nurses love them! I would buy several colors if they were available. Maybe Navy and tan?
The pants arrived last night. I put them on hubby for bedtime and later read wash before wearing but they were so absorbent. Thank you for these pants. We can now sleep away from home.

My husband has Parkinson’s and Dementia, as well as other related issues, including incontinence. We have tried many incontinence products for him, and they all leaked. I saw these pants online and thought I would give them a try. I ordered two pairs. They exceeded my expectations!! At night my husband would soak himself, his clothes, even the bed pad. This was while wearing Depends and a thick Depends liner. Wearing these pants over all that, he still wets and leaks his Depends (or any other disposable underwear we have tried), but these incontinence pants have not leaked. His pants, shirt, and bed pad stay dry. The incontinence pants did their job and kept the wet inside!! I just ordered two more pairs!! He doesn’t mind wearing them, and they look just like normal sweatpants. They machine wash well too, and I hang to dry. Thanks Dryment!!

These pants are life-changing. No more worries about a wet bed or a wet couch. No more worries having to look for a pad to put on the couch. Comfortable.

Pants are really good. I would just suggest to make these pants a little roomier. They look great without a clue as to what their real purpose is.

I got the order when it said that it would arrive. I put them on and i seem to be between M and L. They fit i will use medium at home. I have autism with sensery processing disorder and these are great for taking a break from my diaper. Im confident when I have a void. I may use with pull up cloth diaper on a bad day.
